Accommodation for groups of 30 to 45 people

There are 4 appartments This allows us to have from an apartment for 2 people to an entire farmhouse with 14 rooms and 14 bathrooms for 45 people to sleep
The appliances are large, the 5-burner kitchen, industrial dishwasher and the private patio has a barbecue and banana trees that make a magnificent shade in the summer.


RENTAL PRICE For groups of 30 to 45 people

Between 25 and 45 € / day / person

Prices during the week:

The price will be 25 euros/person/night

For stays of one night only, the price will be 45 euros.

Weekend prices:

The house Can Llorens with 10 rooms and 10 bathrooms for up to 30 people:

All year at 900 euros / night except:

Months May, September and October at 1,050 euros / night

Months June and July at 1,350 euros / night

Minimum 2 nights

For the entire place the price will be increased by 150 euros / night

For celebrations of up to 100 people, the price will be 1.800 euros / nit

Pets are NOT allowed

The rental price includes:

Sheets and towels

Kitchen utensils

Soap and rinse aid for the industrial dishwasher

Heating

Use of the swimming pool

Access to the farm

Conditions of use:

The final price will be increased by 1€/person/night, as a tourist tax

Deposit: to confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the amount must be paid, indicating name, surname and dates of the reservation.

The booking deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances.

However, if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, it will be kept to be discounted on the next visit.

On weekends the minimum stay is 2 nights.

In July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. From Monday to Monday
